But the world of work has changed.

Today, you can build a career as a UX designer, sports analyst, product designer, game designer, sustainability consultant, food technologist, drone specialist, ethical hacker, content strategist or animation professional and many more.

The interesting part? Some of these careers didn't even exist in their current form when today's parents were choosing their careers.

That doesn't mean traditional careers are no longer valuable. It means the career map has become much bigger.

So if you are a student thinking, “None of the usual careers feel right for me,” don't assume you have no options.

You may simply not have discovered the right ones yet.
